Thank you for shopping at Elite Decor Plus. We want you to love your outdoor furniture. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

30-Day Return Window
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
What's Eligible
• Items in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and protective wrapping
• Items not custom-ordered or specially configured for you
What's Not Eligible
• Used or assembled furniture (unless arrived damaged or defective)
• Custom fabric or fabric-upgrade orders (e.g. Sunbrella® special-order colours)
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at [hello@elitedecorplus.ca] with your order number and photos of the item in its packaging
2. We'll send return instructions and a return authorization number within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
• If the item is defective or shipped in error: we cover return shipping
• Buyer's remorse / change of mind: customer pays return shipping (typically $150–$400 depending on item size and destination)
• 15% restocking fee applies to returns of opened, repackaged items in resellable condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your delivery within 48 hours. If anything arrived damaged or defective:
• Take photos before unpacking further
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
