Shipping & Delivery Policy

Elite Decor Plus delivers throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We personally deliver your furniture so it arrives safely and on schedule.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the Greater Toronto Area only. If you are outside the GTA and interested in our furniture, email hello@elitedecorplus.ca and we will let you know if we can help.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is free everywhere in the GTA, with no minimum order.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically scheduled within 2 to 3 business days.
• Large sets, including sectionals and dining sets, may take 5 to 7 business days.
• We will contact you to arrange a delivery window, and you will receive confirmation by email.

Free Local Pickup

If you are near our warehouse, pickup is free. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours. If anything is damaged, email hello@elitedecorplus.ca with photos within 48 hours and we will replace or refund at no cost.
