Shipping Policy

We ship Elite Decor Plus furniture across Canada via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on item size and destination.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship within 2 to 3 business days
• Large sets, including sectionals and dining sets, may take 5 to 7 business days to leave our warehouse
• You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships

Delivery Times After Shipping

• Ontario and Quebec: 3 to 7 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5 to 14 business days
• Remote postal codes may take longer

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $1,500 CAD
• Flat rate $99 CAD on orders under $1,500
• Heavy or oversized items may incur additional carrier surcharges. You will see the final rate at checkout.

Free Local Pickup

If you’re near our warehouse, pickup is free. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your delivery within 48 hours. If anything is damaged, email hello@elitedecorplus.ca with photos within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund at no cost.
